How to Use Fine Designs Website
We have tried to make shopping with us as pleasurable an experience as possible. To get you better acquainted with us, we have given a brief description about how our shop functions and what you will find in each section.
- Home
- The Home page is where you can get access to all the features of the site. On this page, you will find three menu bars. One is on the very top right, the other is below the Fine Designs Logo, and the other place you can find link is on the very bottom of the webpage. You can use these buttons to reach your account or to locate products by category.
Feel free to participate in the community poll on the left side of the page or read more about Fine Designs by clicking on the “Why Fine Designs?” button. You can find our customer support center on the bottom right of almost any page.
- My Account
- The My Account page displays your Account Information. You can add or change your account information from this page. You can change your password, change your billing address, add or edit a shipping address, add or update a credit card. You can also view your orders and/or create a wishlist.
- My Wishlist
- You must have an account in order to access My Wishlist. There you can save products that you are interested in or you would like to buy at a later time. These items will be saved in your account for future reference.
- My Cart
- My Cart shows the items added to your shopping cart along with the product details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Checkout button to continue with payment details.
- Checkout
- If you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button. There you can specify shipping and payment information. Follow the series of steps provided to complete your order. An e-mail confirmation will follow.
- Login
- If you do not have an account with us, you can register with us on the Account Login page. We do not require more information than what is necessary to process your order. Registering your account with us will save you the time and the hassle of having to enter your address, payment and other details for every order you place with us.
You do not need to login to your account to browse through our shop and add items to your shopping cart. However, you must be logged in to check on the status of an existing order, view or edit your account information.
- Search
- You can search the entire site using key words or numbers to find the information you are looking for. The site search option is located on the far right of the main menu bar.
If you find the item you are looking for in the search results, click on it: you will be taken to the page containing the details of that item.
