Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed.
International Orders
Some countries have import duties or taxes which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying.
Returns, Sales Terms & Conditions
This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through our website www.finedesigns.com.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
2. Fine Designs will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 1-800-966-0737 ext. 500. After receiving the new item(s) in the mail, place any defective item in the box or envelope accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, RMA number, and customs documents (if applicable). Defective merchandise must be shipped back to Fine Designs using the shipping label provided. Re-secure the box or envelope and send to Fine Designs Exchange 705 S. Sherman Street, Suit #705K, Richardson, TX 75081. For questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-966-0737 ext. 500.
